Statement

“I have an enduring interest in botany, which stems from my childhood in California and studies in the pursuit of my degree in Landscape Architecture. My current involvement in Gelatin Plate Printmaking is fueled by the medium’s unique sensitivity to plant material and its ability to produce detailed, multi-layered, luminous imagery. I have also used complex surfaces to create three-dimensional collages in the form of paper-engineered art books and sculptures.”
