The Inaugural Student Artist Member Showcase is the first-ever exhibition by Gallery 263 student artist members. This exhibition highlights five emerging artists working in a variety of media including painting, drawing, video, sculpture, and installation. It serves as an introduction to the gallery’s Student Artist Membership Program and celebrates the innovative work of some of New England’s rising art stars. 

Currently in its first year, the Student Artist Membership Program at Gallery 263 provides current college or graduate-level students, as well as any artists under the age of 25, the opportunity to gain exposure and community support as they grow their creative enterprises. This exhibition, the first of its kind at Gallery 263, is just one of the benefits that Student Artist Members enjoy. Other benefits include: representation on the gallery’s website, monthly emails about local and national art opportunities, additional exhibition opportunities, and the support of the thriving creative community at Gallery 263.
