Please note that from August 7 through August 21, 2023, Hatha Yoga will temporarily be held at Magazine Beach Nature Park in Cambridge due to an artist in residence working in the gallery. Classes at Magazine Beach Nature Park will be held outside. If there is inclement weather, classes will be moved inside. Hatha Yoga will resume in person at the gallery on Monday, August 28, 2023.
Gallery 263’s Hatha Yoga emphasizes attention to alignment within a flowing sequence designed to challenge all levels and leave you feeling strengthened and energized. This class is a great way to wind down your day and start your week!
There is a $15 per class suggested donation, but you are welcome to pay what you can.
