At Gallery 263, we are committed to supporting artists and advancing contemporary art through engaging and thoughtful exhibitions and programming. We strive to find public programming that not only aligns with our mission, but also best serves our local community and the work we display here. If you are interested in hosting a public programming event at Gallery 263, please note the following guidelines and then submit your proposal in the form below:
- For musicians interested in performing at the gallery, we ask that you include links to previous examples of your work (YouTube, Spotify, Soundcloud, etc).
- We will review public programming submissions on a rolling basis and all submissions are subject to curatorial approval and overview.
- Please allow a lead time of one month for all proposal dates.
- Alcohol is not allowed to be served at any public programming events at the gallery.
- For ticketed events, including concerts, Gallery 263 requests a 40% donation of gross ticket sales
- Public program organizers are required to handle any ticketing for their event.
- Proposed programs must be friendly to all ages. If you feel that your proposal is not, we invite you to consider a private event rental.
- Public program organizers cannot handle, move, or replace artwork currently on view at the gallery. If your program requires the movement of artwork, please request any accommodations within your proposal.
- Public programs cannot consist of pop-up art exhibitions.
